Dear Scenic Acres Families

As we wrap up another incredible school year at Scenic Acres, I want to take a moment to thank you for being such an important part of our community. This year has been full of growth, learning, and connection, and I could not be prouder of the students, staff, and families who make this school such a special place.

Our students have shown tremendous resilience, curiosity, and creativity in their learning. Whether through writing, math, physical education, or Indigenous education, they have embraced challenges, taken risks, and celebrated progress. It has been inspiring to see their confidence grow and their voices strengthen.

This success is a reflection of our exceptional staff. Their dedication, care, and commitment to each child’s well-being and academic success has made all the difference. Our focus on writing, numeracy, and wellness has remained steady, supported by clear goals, student voice, and thoughtful planning. We have also continued to deepen our understanding of Treaty 7 and Indigenous ways of knowing, being, and doing. Thank you to our teachers and support staff for the heart they bring to this work each day.

Our families continue to play a vital role in what makes Scenic Acres such a strong and connected school. Your partnership, whether through School Council, volunteering, or simply supporting your child’s learning at home, is deeply appreciated. Together, we have built a learning environment that reflects belonging, creativity, and care.

To our students who are moving on, know that you will always be part of the Scenic Acres family. To everyone returning in the fall, we are already looking forward to another year of learning, growth, and joyful moments.
